The Institute of Art & Law will host a seminar on the topic of law and photography on 1st July 2021, from 12.00 to 5.00 pm UK time. The online seminar will cover the legal aspects relating to the taking of photographs in their various forms, as well as publishing and dealing with them. Experts in their fields will discuss the legal areas of copyright, licensing, moral rights and privacy rights. If you work with photographs in your professional capacity, perhaps as a commercial dealer, lawyer or a rights or collections manager, or if you are a professional or amateur photographer (or simply interested in the topic), this seminar is for you!
