Noh to Moderate Ethics Panel at 2025 Art Law Day
Pryor Cashman Partner Megan Noh, Co-Chair of the Art Law Group, will serve as moderator for the panel “The Ethics of Art Advising” at the 2025 Art Law Day, hosted by the Appraisers Association of America in partnership with the FAME Center at Cardozo Law.
This panel will examine the ethical responsibilities of attorneys, art advisors, and appraisers, highlighting best practices and risks in light of recent controversies in the art market. The panelists include Aileen Agopian, AAA, of AGOPIAN art advisory; Kelly Cahn, AAA, of Kelly Cahn LLC: Art Advisory and Appraisals; and Sarah Conley Odenkirk of ArtConverge.
The full-day program is approved for 4.0 CLE credits in “Areas of Professional Practice” and 1.0 CLE credit in “Ethics and Professionalism” for live attendance.
