Partner Megan Noh will be speaking at The Copyright Society of the USA's 2021 Virtual Midwinter Meeting on a panel titled, "The Art of Protest & Activism," focused on art's expression in documenting history, views about society, and representation of marginalized communities. Megan will present on the state of copyright and moral rights law in the context of protest art, and her co-panelists will cover the use of unlicensed music in political campaigns and messaging.
