ABI’s NYC Bankruptcy Conference
Pryor Cashman Partner Seth Lieberman, chair of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization + Creditors’ Rights Group and co-chair of the Corporate Trust Practice, is participating in a panel discussion at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference.
Seth is a speaker for the “U.S. Trustee Hot-Button Issues” panel, which will cover topics including the role of the U.S. Trustee, exculpation, opt-in vs. opt-out plan releases, nonestate professional fee requests, and the sealing of personally identifiable information in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Among the co-panelists for the session will be the Hon. Sean H. Lane of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and William K. Harrington, the U.S. Trustee for the Office of the U.S. Trustee Region 2.
