Pryor Cashman hosted the breakfast symposium “Rethinking Brand: Opportunities and Risks in a Post-JOBS Act World,” held Wednesday, March 13, 2013, from 8 am – 10 am, at the firm’s 7 Times Square office in New York City.

The symposium was a panel discussion focusing on strategic communications and brand in the post-JOBS Act world. We had an audience of senior executives, marketers, attorneys, and compliance professionals from alternative investment firms engageed in dialogue surrounding the opportunities and risks inherent with branding, marketing, and communications in a highly regulated environment.

Our panel included RuthAnne Dreisbach, CEO of the Dreisbach Design Group, Pryor Cashman Partners Bertrand Fry, co-head of the firm’s Investment Management Group, and Robert deBrauwere, co-chair of the firm's Digital Media Practice Group, including Leo Tilman, President of Tilman & Co. The discussion was led by Stephen Goodman, Pryor Cashman partner and member of the firm’s Corporate Group.
