Pryor Cashman Represents Arcadia Partners in Series B Preferred Stock Investment
Pryor Cashman represented Arcadia Investment Partners LLC in connection with an investment in the Series B Preferred Stock offering of SCI PH Inc., a leading global supplier of rigid package products and services. The transaction closed on December 27, 2017.
Founded in 2001, Arcadia is a New York City-based investment management firm focused primarily on illiquid alternative assets across private equity, real estate and special situations opportunities. The firm invests on behalf of its internal partners as well as limited partner capital from ultra-high net worth families.
