Brad Schoenfeldt is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Family Law Group, where his practice focuses on all aspects of matrimonial and family law.

Brad is an experienced litigator who has helped clients successfully navigate complex and high-stakes disputes in state and federal court. He also regularly achieves favorable outcomes for his clients through skilled negotiation and zealous advocacy in mediation.

Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, Brad worked for many years as an attorney at another major law firm in New York where his broad litigation practice included representing corporate clients and senior executives in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations. Brad continues to leverage his business litigation skills—and his experience with sophisticated financial and accounting issues—in his representation of family law clients.

Brad has maintained an active pro bono practice in family law, immigration, and criminal justice matters. He is a two-time recipient of the “Above & Beyond Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy” from Sanctuary for Families for his representation of domestic violence survivors. Additionally, for more than 15 years, Brad led a youth mentorship program in partnership with a New York City high school and the Justice Resource Center.
