Pryor Cashman Real Estate Transactions Highlighted by New York Post

Pryor Cashman client Friedland Properties has leased its newly developed 15,000 square-foot structure at 253 West 47th Street, to Manhattan’s first Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The deal was reported in the July 10, 2013 New York Post article “Times Square to take Wings.”
Partner Bradley Kaufman with associate Benjamin Teig, both members of the firm’s Real Estate Group, represented Friedland Properties in connection with the transaction.
The article also reported that men’s clothier Kent & Curwen has secured a 2,200 square-foot location with 1,800 feet below grade for its first U.S. store at 816 Madison Avenue. Kaufman represented Kent & Curwen in connection with the lease.
