Pryor Cashman represented Bottega Veneta in a 24,000 square foot lease for its new world headquarters. Comprising three landmark townhouses on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, the transaction is one of the largest ever completed on Madison Avenue, and ranks among the largest leasing deals in New York City in 2014.

Bottega Veneta is a luxury fashion brand known for its handbags, fashion, and leather goods and is a subsidiary of Kering, the French multinational luxury goods group that includes Balenciaga, Stella McCartney and Saint Laurent among its brands.

Owned by the Wildenstein Realty Corp, Bottega Veneta’s new flagship store will be located at 64th Street and Madison Avenue and across from the world-renowned Wildenstein & Co. art gallery.

Partner Bradley A. Kaufman, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group and head of its Commercial & Retail Leasing practice, represented Bottega Veneta in the transaction.
