Pryor Cashman Represents DeWitt Stern on 15 Year Lease at 420 Lexington Avenue
DeWitt Stern Group Inc., an insurance and risk advisory firm founded in 1899 with a long history in business, fine art, media and entertainment, has signed a 15-year lease at 420 Lexington Ave., the Graybar building.
Bradley Kaufman, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, represented DeWitt Stern in the transaction.
DeWitt Stern will take an additional 10,908 square feet on part of the 26th floor, directly below its current space on the 27th floor, where it has more than 25,800 square feet, for a new total of 36,783. It also will relinquish square footage in a separate area of the 27th floor to make the work area flow more smoothly.
