This one-hour webinar will explore both the foundational elements and more complex aspects of preparing and reviewing IRS Form 709. The program will address recent changes to the form, gift tax splitting versus GST tax splitting, GST allocations, and adequate disclosure rules.
The program offers 1.0 CLE credit in Areas of Professional Practice and is free for NYSBA members.
