Pryor Cashman represented Roth Capital Partners as underwriter’s counsel in an approximately $8 million public offering of the common stock of Digital Ally, Inc. The transaction closed on September 28, 2018. 

Digital Ally specializes in the design and manufacturing of video recording equipment and video analytic software in industries such as law enforcement, emergency management, commercial fleets, and consumer use. Digital Ally’s complete product solutions include in-car and body cameras, cloud and local management software, and automatic recording technology. 

Representing Roth on the deal was Partner Ali Panjwani, a member of Pryor Cashman’s nationally-ranked Corporate Group.
