Daniel Pohlman is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group.
Daniel represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts. He has represented clients across multiple industries, including life sciences, technology, and financial services, with particular experience guiding smaller and start-up clients in litigation counseling and risk assessment.
Daniel has also worked on a variety of white-collar and regulatory defense matters, including representing individuals and corporations subject to federal and multistate investigations.
Daniel’s experience includes the representation of:
- The former stockholders of Delaware corporations in various actions, including a multibillion-dollar dispute regarding the development of robotically assisted surgical devices.
- The subjects of an SDNY investigation into an allegedly fraudulent options-trading strategy.
- Multiple bankruptcy trustees in connection with the development and prosecution of affirmative claims, including fraudulent conveyance actions, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and other related claims.
- A national bank subject to a multistate investigation into its sales practices.
- Numerous start-up clients in connection with regulatory inquiries, breach of contract actions, and other litigation guidance.
Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, Daniel was a member of the business litigation and white-collar and investigations practice of an international law firm.
