Pryor Cashman Announces Two New Partners and Elevates One to Of Counsel

Pryor Cashman is pleased to announce the election of two new partners, Seth H. Lieberman and Danielle L. Schechner, and the promotion of Benjamin J. Teig to of counsel effective January 1, 2014.

Seth H. Lieberman joined the firm in 2008 as a member of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Group. Seth focuses his practice on both bankruptcy litigation and appeals as well as counseling and supporting corporate clients in various commercial and business transactions. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from James Madison University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Danielle L. Schechner joined the firm in 2006. Danielle’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including real estate finance, partnership, limited liability company and joint venture transactions and the acquisition and disposition of real property.  Danielle earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and her B.A. from Emory University.

Benjamin J. Teig joined the firm in 2005 as a member of the Real Estate Group. Ben’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of real property, leasing transactions (representing landlords and tenants in both retail and office leasing), and real estate financings. Ben earned his J.D. from New York Law School, and his B.A. from State University of New York at Albany, cum laude
