Ericka Cruz is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Group.

Ericka’s practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters for multinational companies and organizations in the entertainment, professional sports, arts, and technology industries.

Her work includes assisting clients with all business immigration matters, including the acquisition of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for executives, managers, athletes, scientists, researchers, artists, designers, and other talented professionals.

Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, Ericka was an attorney at leading corporate immigration law firms serving U.S. and global companies around the world. She represented multinational corporate clients in a wide variety of industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, and consumer goods.

Academic Achievements

At the American University Washington College of Law, Ericka was awarded the Myers Law Scholarship and the Mussey Prize. Ericka was a Student Attorney in the Immigrant Justice Clinic and served as a Student Teacher for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. As a student, she worked for several public-interest organizations including the American Immigration Council, Ayuda, and CASA de Maryland. Ericka was also a Legal Volunteer for the ProBAR South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project. Before attending law school, she was a Bilingual Teacher through Teach for America.
