Evan Hey is a member of Pryor Cashman's Immigration Group.
Evan has advised a diverse array of small, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of their immigration portfolios and needs including U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters across a variety of industries including media and marketing, financial services, legal, engineering, and information technology. He has helped clients create and establish company-wide immigration programs and policies, and has provided guidance related to I-9 and E-Verify compliance. Evan has also advised individual clients on nonimmigrant and family-based matters including naturalization, marriage-based green card applications, and removal of conditions applications, among others.
Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, Evan was an Associate at a large AmLaw 100 law firm that specializes in business immigration in many jurisdictions around the world.
