2016 Annual Music Business Law Conference
Ross Bagley, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property, Digital Media and Media + Entertainment Groups, will be a featured panelist at the New York State Bar Association – Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section’s Annual Music Business Law Conference on November 18, 2016. This CLE-eligible program will take place at New York Law School in downtown Manhattan.
As part of a panel entitled “Case Developments Impacting the Music Industry,” Bagley will discuss his work on behalf of EMI Music Publishing in the seminal case against MP3tunes, Inc. and its CEO, which resulted in one of the largest jury awards in history for digital copyright infringement.
