Pryor Cashman’s Managing Partner and Labor + Employment Group Chair Ronald Shechtman will moderate the 'Developments in Employment Discrimination Law' session of the 24th Annual NYU Employment Law Workshop for Federal Judges. 

This session will review current developments in the application of Title VII to sexual orientation and identity in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, as well as evolving issues under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). It will include issues of retaliation.
