Pryor Cashman Partner William Charron, co-chair of the firm’s Art Law Group, spoke at the ALI/ABA national Legal Issues in Museum Administration (LIMA) 2025 conference in Washington, D.C.  The conference brings together museum professionals and both in-house and outside legal counsel from across the nation.

Bill was on the first featured panel, titled “Brave New World: Navigating the Growing Risks of Civil and Criminal Art Restitution and Cultural Repatriation Actions.”  Bill, alongside Georges Lederman and Rebecca Noonan Murray, discussed recent civil and criminal legal trends in the field of art and cultural heritage restitution and repatriation.
