Pryor Cashman Partner William Charron, co-chair of the Art Law Group, hosted a session on litigation risks in trust and estate planning on September 17, 2024, at the offices of Anchin, an accounting, tax and advisory firm located in New York City.

The presentation, organized by the NYSSCPA Family Office Committee, addressed key litigation risks affecting trust and estate planning and provided strategies for mitigating these risks to protect clients' assets and legacies.
