Pryor Cashman Partner Robert deBrauwere, co-chair of the Digital Media  and Interactive + Gaming Groups, delivered a lecture in Professor Joshua Rashaad McFadden’s course, “The Business of Photography,” at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

This lecture explored copyright registration, fair use, rights of publicity,  First Amendment issues, and the legal landscape of AI concerning image-based generative lawsuits.
