Counsel Sarah Bell will be speaking at the NYC Bar Association's CLE program titled "Every Contract is a Litigation Waiting to Happen." In this CLE, a discussion around key contract "anti-litigation" drafting principles will be held. The program will focus on considerations to take into account when drafting mergers and acquisitions transactions and will provide tips on drafting standard contract clauses to reduce future litigation.
