Pryor Cashman Partner Megan Noh, co-chair of the Art Law Group and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) Practice, will speak on a seminar panel hosted by The Institute of Art and Law and Howard Kennedy LLP.

Megan is presenting on a panel titled, “Deal or no Deal(ing): Copyright and Fair Dealing/Fair Use in the Visual Arts.” Her panel will feature experts from the judiciary, cultural institutions, private practice and academia who plan to discuss the scope and benefits of fair dealing for artists and institutions when creating, managing or trading in artworks that incorporate third-party material, and comparisons between the EU and US practices.
