Pryor Cashman Partner James Sammataro, co-chair of the firm’s Music Group and Media + Entertainment Litigation Practice, participated in a webinar, The AI Bill of Rights – Ethics & the Law, presented by Digital Hollywood.

James was part of a panel, “The State of Generative AI Law: The Precedents – Cases in Progress,” that discussed the current status of copyright law in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Warhol decision and the initial litigations around AI training data.
