Corporate Partner Juergen Ostertag, Chair of Pryor Cashman's German Practice, gave his presentation “Transatlantic Transactions – The U.S. Perspective” during a discussion at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Region Stuttgart held on October 12, 2012 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Ostertag’s presentation described the important differences between the U.S. Common Law system and the German Civil Law system and its impact on structure, content and interpretation of contracts. A focus of his presentation was the Uniform Commercial Code and product liability law.
