Partner Judith Poller Speaks at ICAP Conference About Planning for the Special Needs Child in Divorce

Partner Judith Poller, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Family Law Group, spoke at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (ICAP) Forum on October 31, 2010 in Washington, D.C.
The ICAP program addressed the collaborative solutions for a divorce. Topics covered include:
- Discovering the benefits of collaborative solutions for marriage dissolution, child custody and co-parenting issues, division of assets
- Learning how Collaborative Divorce/Collaborative Practice offers guidance, information, and respectful problem solving
- Understanding how to better manage the effects of divorce on your children
- Locating collaborative legal, financial, and emotional support resources for family and civil disputes
