On April 6, 2017, Felicity Kohn will moderate a panel entitled "DMCA 101: Post-Lenz" at the 32nd annual American Bar Association IP Law Conference.
The panel will take place from 10:15 - 11:45AM (EST), and will provide an overview of recent DMCA case law, including the controversial Lenz decision, examine how these decisions have impacted the way parties file and respond to DMCA takedown notices, and evaluate Section 512 takedown procedures from a normative standpoint.
