Frank Scibilia will speak at the Inaugural International Chapter meeting of the Copyright Society of the USA. The panel presentation will be on “Music Licensing in Europe and North America.” Topics will include Pan-European music publishing and collective licensing as well as comparative analysis of music licensing in the U.S. and Canada.
