Pryor Cashman Represents NYM Holding in SPAC Merger
Pryor Cashman represented NYM Holding, Inc., an Asian/Chinese grocery supermarket chain in the north-eastern U.S., in its merger into a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”), iFresh, Inc.(NASDAQ CM: IFMK).
The transaction closed on February 10, 2017.
Representing NYM Holding, Inc. from Pryor Cashman’s Corporate and China Practices were Partner Elizabeth Chen and Associate Gene Levin.
Chen (pictured above, far right) also attended the opening bell ringing ceremony at the NASDAQ stock exchange on February 14, 2017.
