Partner Elizabeth Fei Chen is chair of Pryor Cashman’s China Group, co-chair of the International Group, and a member of the Corporate Group.

Born and raised in China and bilingual in Mandarin and English, Elizabeth brings to her counsel a natural advantage when representing China-based companies doing business in the United States. She combines her skill in bridging cultural gaps with practical, business-oriented advice to help clients reach their corporate objectives.

Elizabeth’s general corporate and securities law practice focuses on representing corporations in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, software, and technology industries listed on U.S. major stock exchanges including NYSE, NASDAQ, and NYSE MKT. She also works with private businesses in China seeking to go public in the U.S. and advises public companies going private. Elizabeth brings deep experience in:
