Partner Joshua Zuckerberg will be speaking at New York State Bar Association's Annual Meeting on a panel for the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section. The panel, co-chaired by Anne Atkinson, is titled "Writing Wrongs: Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in Book Publishing.” Josh will discuss the responsibilities of in-house and outside counsel in dealing with systemic bias and racial inequality in the publishing industry, in his presentation titled “The Role of Lawyers and the Law in Diversity Initiatives from the Perspective of General Counsel and Outside Counsel."
