Partner Bradley Kaufman, head of Pryor Cashman’s Commercial & Retail Leasing Practice, spoke to the New York Post for its article, “New Glitz on the World’s Swankiest Shopping Strip.” The article appeared on January 20, 2016.

Many major retail tenants have opened stores, signed leases or are prepared to swap locations along the most expensive parts of Fifth Ave. between 42nd and 57th streets in New York City, adding new energy and enhanced storefronts to the most luxurious retail strip in the world. 

Kaufman, who represents numerous high-end retailers throughout the U.S., told the New York Post: “If you have a good property and a top-dollar location you can get the customers.”
