Pryor Cashman represented Cropsey Partners, an affiliate of W&L Construction Group, in connection with a $70 million construction loan. Loan proceeds will be used for the construction of an approximate 240,000 square foot building which is planned to include over 150 condominium units, a community facility, and an off-street parking structure.
