Caden and Zuckerberg Named Among Most Powerful Employment Attorneys
Pryor Cashman partners Colleen Caden, Chair of the firm’s Immigration Law Group, and Joshua Zuckerberg, a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, have been named among the nation’s most powerful employment attorneys in Human Resource Executive’s 5th annual list of the nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys. The list recognizes 200 employment lawyers nationwide for their excellence in guiding employers through today's ever-intensifying legal landscape.
The competition involved an exhaustive selection process handled jointly by Human Resource Executive, which goes out to more than 75,000 top-ranking human resource executives, and Lawdragon, the Los Angeles-based networking site used by more than 350,000 leading lawyers and judges throughout the United States.
Caden and Zuckerberg were listed among 40 up-and-comers included in Human Resource Executive’s and Lawdragon’s top 200 selections which were published on June 16, 2012.
Caden’s practice specialty is described by Human Resource Executive as “business immigration for pharmaceutical, media, consumer-products, food-manufacturing and sports-clients.
Zuckerberg, as noted by Human Resource Executive, “represents and counsel employers on all matters affecting the workplace, including discrimination, harassment and disability claims.”
All lawyers on the list received glowing recommendations from corporate counsel who have benefitted from their wisdom and would hire them again. Rigorous vetting was performed by an acclaimed editorial advisory board, which provided input based on experiences with those under consideration and an evaluation of the attorney's impact within his firm and in the profession.
