On March 1, 2014, Colleen Caden, partner and chair of the Immigration Group, was one of five women recognized as Outstanding Volunteers to the New York Junior League at the organization's annual Winter Ball. Approximately 600 guests gathered at The Pierre to celebrate the accomplishments of their volunteers and community partners, and honor recipients of NYJL’s Outstanding Volunteer and Outstanding Sustainer Award, the League’s highest honor.

Colleen has been a member of the New York Junior League since 2005 and sits on the Board of Directors, chairs the Governance committee, and is a member of the Audit committee.
