Hoffman & Rabinowitz Serve as Consultants on Latest James Patterson Bestseller
16th Seduction, the latest installment of James Patterson and Maxine Paetro’s Women’s Murder Club series, has hit #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list.
As with previous books, the authors tapped Pryor Cashman litigation partners Philip Hoffman and Steven Rabinowitz to serve as legal consultants during the thriller’s development. They also teamed up on The 14th Deadly Sin and 11th Hour, both of which were also #1 on the New York Times Best Seller list.
“We are grateful to attorneys Philip R. Hoffman and Steven Rabinowitz of Pryor Cashman for their wise legal counsel,” Patterson and Paetro wrote in the book’s Acknowledgements.
Published on May 1, 2017, Seduction features a new character, “Judge Philip R. Hoffman,” in honor of the eponymous Pryor Cashman partner. “Judge Steven Rabinowitz” was similarly a character in 11th Hour.
In addition to their work on the bestselling Women’s Murder Club series, Hoffman and Rabinowitz also acted as legal consultants to Patterson and Paetro on Woman of God, another #1 New York Times bestselling novel published on September 22, 2016.
