Pryor Cashman Partner Megan Noh, co-chair of the Art Law Group, has been named in the Observer’s Business of Art Power List.

This list honors key figures in the contemporary art world, from market disruptors and influential collectors to museum leaders and cultural innovators, who are shaping the future of art through new dynamics and reinvention. These honorees are redefining what it means to be influential, expanding access to art and navigating the shifting landscape of global wealth, collector behavior, and institutional transformation.

Megan is a leading figure in art law, with nearly two decades of experience representing top collectors and artists. As the Observer recognizes, she has become the “go-to” lawyer for ultra-high-net-worth collectors and influential artists, handling a range of high-stakes matters. Megan has managed marquee auction consignments, high-value private purchases and sales, and exhibition loans for some of the most significant institutional exhibitions of the last decade. A champion of artist rights, she also shapes legal and cultural conversations in the art world, particularly on complex intellectual property and market equity issues. As the Observer further highlights, Megan’s leadership roles — including chair of the Artists Rights Subcommittee of the NYC Bar’s Art Law Committee and vice chair of the Vera List Center for Art and Politics’ Advisory Board—along with her academic contributions, further demonstrate her long-standing and passionate commitment to the field.
