Partner Brad D. Rose, Chairman of Pryor Cashman’s Intellectual Property Group, was a guest speaker at the 2010 American Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. The meeting took place from October 7-9, 2010.

Rose’s topic was Celebrity Branding/Licensing: Domestic and International Business and Legal Considerations. He spoke about various business and legal considerations pertaining to celebrity brand exploitation and brand protection on an international scale.
