Partner Colleen Caden, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Law Group, was interviewed by Law360 for the publication’s Female Powerbrokers Q&A. Colleen discusses her experience as a woman in a male dominated industry and how she approaches business development.

When asked for her advice on how to increase the number of female partners in law firms, she says that “providing resources for women attorneys is vital so that they have access to advice on leadership, networking, career development and rainmaking.” To that end, Colleen, together with several other female attorneys at Pryor Cashman, launched the Women’s Leadership Initiative Program, which provides the firm’s women lawyers the tools necessary to become leaders in their field.
