The December 4, 2011 article discusses residents of Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village and Brookfield Asset Management’s plans to purchase the historic property and turn its units into affordable condos. When asked about the possibility of such a development, Kremnitzer told the publication, “The project seems fraught with problems, how are they going to balance out the needs of those varied groups to come up with a bid?”
