Pryor Cashman Corporate Partner Stephen M. Goodman spoke at the IMAP, Inc. (IMAP) Spring Conference in Miami at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on April 9, 2010. One of the topics for this year’s conference was The U.S. Healthcare Industry After Healthcare Reform: What Has Changed?  IMAP is an international group of independent merger and acquisition advisory offices. Formed in 1973, IMAP is composed of 50 offices in 28 countries throughout North and South America, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia.

Goodman spoke at the Healthcare Vertical session, which provided healthcare advisors and those interested in the healthcare industry an overview of what to look for in the upcoming year.
