Partner Wayne Heicklen, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, was interviewed by USA Today for its August 17, 2010 article, “The worst bet in real estate today: Construction loans.”

The article notes that troubled construction projects are a nightmare for banks. Heicklen told USA Today that the banks are “hoping the existing borrowers or someone else will come along and put more money in the project and make it right."
