Colleen Caden, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Immigration Law Group, and Labor and Employment Partners Richard Betheil and Joshua Zuckerberg all participated in the Employment Law For Immigration Attorneys ILW.COM’s new, 3-part telephone seminar series Employment Law For Immigration Attorneys.

The first phone session took place on August 26, 2010. The topic was The Changing Landscape of Employment in a Turbulent Economy: The Intersection of Immigration Law and Employment Law.
The next session is scheduled for September 2, 2010 and will be on Developing Corporate Immigration Policies While Not Running Afoul of Employment Laws.

The third and final session will take place on October 7, 2010 and will be the “Implications of Terminating Foreign Nationals Under Employment Laws.
