In 2011, Kaufman and Gendel successfully negotiated Yves Saint Laurent’s new Mercer Street location, number 2 on the list; Balenciaga at 149 Mercer Street, number 3; Stella McCartney’s Greene Street location, number 4; and the Zara flagship store at 666 Fifth Avenue, number 7.
