Pryor Cashman LLP is pleased to announce that the firm was included in the top 10% of all law firms for Complex Commercial Litigation in BTI Consulting’s Litigation Outlook 2015: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms. According to BTI, this report takes an in-depth look at the U.S. litigation market to identify those firms that companies consider to be best positioned to serve them in six distinct types of litigation, including IP, Class Actions and Torts, Product Liability, Commercial Litigation, Employment, and Securities and Finance.

To vet the list, BTI interviewed 300 general counsel and in-house litigation counsel at top-spending organizations to isolate the best opportunities and law firms - by name - in litigation. These one-on-one interviews were conducted by BTI’s team of researchers between March 13, 2014 and September 16, 2014.

According to BTI, “The law firms who are winning new work are now winning a greater portion of work than prior years as clients stick with firms who are helping them meet their goals. These firms are taking a lead role in assessing cases early and recommending settlement strategies. In short, these firms are becoming engaged to the point where other law firms can’t get their foot in the door - they have the work before any other firm hears about it.”

Pryor Cashman’s litigators have successfully handled sophisticated and complex corporate, commercial, intellectual property, criminal, regulatory and real estate matters in trials, arbitrations and administrative proceedings throughout the U.S. As the firm’s largest practice group comprised of over 60 attorneys, the Litigation Group has the size and breadth of experience to litigate against the largest of firms while retaining the cost efficiencies associated with a mid-size firm.
