Pryor Cashman represented Emigrant Realty Finance in connection with a $16.5 million note financing of a 5,500+ square foot penthouse condominium unit located on Central Park West. The financing closed on September 18, 2018. 

Representing Emigrant Realty Finance on the transaction were Ronald B. Kremnitzer, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, along with partner Joseph L. Brasile and associates Dan Devine and Michelle Blanter.
