Pryor Cashman LLP represented NJS Indoor/Outdoor Services, leading providers of floor care and janitorial services to the specialty retail, warehouses and restaurant sectors, in the sale of assets and combination of business operations with Expert JMS. The newly combined companies will approach the market as Expert NJS. The transaction closed on July 18, 2012. 

Expert NJS provides facility services in North America across a broad cross section of trades. The combined company’s floor care and janitorial business provides hard and soft surface floor care, window and awning cleaning, power washing and other indoor and outdoor janitorial services. The repair and maintenance business of Expert NJS provides all other indoor and outdoor services, from HVAC to routine plumbing, on both a scheduled and demand basis.
