Pryor Cashman client Nyack College has signed a 20 year lease at 2 Washington Street in Lower Manhattan. Moving from its current Lower Manhattan Location on Broadway to Battery Park City, the 131 year old institution will more than double its space to accommodate a growing student population.

At 2 Washington Street, the college will occupy 166,385 square feet in a modern structure neighboring Wall Street, Trinity Church, New York Harbor and the 9/11 Memorial.

Pryor Cashman Partner Wayne Heicklen, co-chair of the Real Estate Group, Partner Andrea Gendel and Of Counsel Jeanne Matase represented Nyack College in the transaction.
