Pryor Cashman represented the Traffic Audit Bureau for Media Measurement, Inc. (TAB) in securing a long-term lease at 561 Seventh Avenue in NYC.  TAB will be moving into the 3,944 s/f space — the entirety of the 12th floor – later this year.

The TAB is a non-profit organization whose historical mission has been to audit the circulation of out of home media in the United States. TAB has recently expanded its operation to to lead and/or support other major out of home industry research initiatives.
