Pryor Cashman Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, along with Counsel Benjamin J. Teig, represented True Food Kitchen, a health-focused farm-to-table style restaurant based in Arizona, in signing a new lease for its first restaurant location in New York. The lease is at Brookfield Place in Manhattan (200 Vesey Street, New York, NY) and is over 7,500 square feet. True Food Kitchen currently has 11 locations nationwide and offers healthy, natural food and beverages centered on simple, fresh and pure ingredients.
